Change of Space

A growing family needed more roaming space for the kids & room for four at the dining area. Their house had small & compartmentalized rooms but adding space was ruled out because of the costs.

The middle of the house was opened up to create adjacent kitchen, dining & living spaces that flow together. Opening the middle also brought in outside views, natural brezzes & light.

A colorful paint palette, wood floors & contemporary low-voltage lights all add to the change of space.
