Attic to Master Suite

Low ceilings were changed to vaulted ceilings & the roof area over the garage was captured to create a Master Suite equipped with a 5-piece Bath and separate walk-in closet.

Custom features include a private water closet, ceramic tile floors & walls, built-in niches at the shower, water closet & alcove, & a 6-foot soaking tub.

East & south windows plus a suntube skylight suffuse the bath area with natural light & warmth even on grey days.

The bedroom was located on the north side to increase privacy from the street, orient to the nicer tree top views, & mitigate summer heat exposure.
